We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Often this may be on the day - or the following day - of receiving your order and we aim to get the majority of our orders out within 2-3 days. If we do not have something in stock - we will let you know as soon as possible by e-mail, giving you approximate estimated delivery date. For a few items, it may take us 3-4 weeks to obtain. If this is the case, we will advise you promptly of this by e-mail. Some of these items may be available earlier if you are willing to pay for carriage costs from the supplier. We will advise you - if relevant - of this option and the cost of carriage, so that you can inform us on what you would like us to do on your behalf. If you are ordering more than one item, we will retain all items until we have all in stock ready to send out to you unless both parties have agreed to a different set of arrangements.
Different delivery addresses will be subject to higher charge. In addition, part order deliveries may also be subject to additional charges. We will inform you of this and await your agreement to this prior to despatch if this is the case. On receipt of your order, we will calculate costs and respond to you as soon as possible to give you the cost of delivery for your confirmation to proceed with the order.
Please note that for security reason, the order MUST BE delivered to the cardholder address and be signed for. We will not accept any instruction of "leaving packages on the porch or at the door". Thanks for your understanding.
If any items sent to you are faulty on receipt of those items or if you receive items delivered by us to you in error, you should notify us of this within 48 hours of receipt. You should notify us either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +44(0)7734257173. Please give us details of the item ordered, a brief description of the fault, your name, invoice number and a daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address. You then will be contacted by us with a Returns Authorisation Number. This should be put on the label when you return the goods to us, to ensure a prompt refund. We will refund postage of returned faulty items only and either refund the goods or replace them on receipt of the returned goods.
